With more than 25 years of leadership experience with Go Global Benefits, he has been continuously working to improve solutions and services that can cater to the evolving business needs of various stakeholders. All his works these years have created a positive impact on the lives of millions of people including employees, employers, businesses, etc.

Susan Gardner with more than 15 years of experience on the technology front and her strong business acumen to set directions to get the job done right, was named the Chief Information Officer in January 2009. Though employee benefits and claims processing have high technical aspects and difficult administration processes, Susan's strong expertise across leading platforms like DNN, Salesforce, Workday, Cloudfirst, etc. and her significant upgrades to technology infrastructure have made her a dynamic leader. Susan is a great initiator and a charismatic person who has worked with several companies and positioned them towards the forward-looking path. With more than 20 years of experience and exposure to a myriad of business verticals, she has gained industry-wide knowledge and a concrete business approach to address any challenges that come along. Her notion is to create a positive impact on businesses that rely on Go global Benefits for their administration services and improve the lives of countless people eventually. Her goal is to make Go global Benefits a pioneer healthcare management company.

Noel Olson is an accomplished physician executive and a person who has necessary leadership management skills to improve the effectiveness and quality of service. Noel joined Go Global Benefits in 2000 and is appointed as the Chief Medical Officer in 2010 having held many senior leadership roles. He served as a Vice President between 2006 and 2010 when he skillfully handled Clinical Services and Population Health Management. He trained at Howard University College of Medicine and practiced medicine as a primary care physician. Throughout his clinical career, he has played different roles including emergency-room doctor, flight doctor during a helicopter ambulance service, onsite healthcare team lead and a lot more. Noel has volunteered during many critical times and is a great asset to Go Global Benefits.

William Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and joined Go Global Benefits in 2010. He is now a Chief Financial Officer before which he was a Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations in our firm. His intentions and ideas comply with the goals of Go Global Benefits to cost-effectively improve the lives of people with the best-fit plan. His ideas and strategies have helped us streamline processes and identify cost-saving areas to produce better health outcomes. Also, he has extensive leadership experience in finance and accounting at various healthcare organizations.
